6. Default of the customer

6.1

In the event of a delay/refusal of acceptance of more than 14 days, GM is entitled to all other rights (such as withdrawal and private sale at the expense of the customer) entitled to store the contractual goods at the expense and risk of the customer and to transfer them as duly handed over and accepted for settlement. In this case, the purchase price is due immediately.

6.2

If the customer is in default with the payment of amounts due under the contract, GM is entitled to stop all further deliveries after a period of 14 days after a notification to the customer in this regard, until payment of all outstanding debts has been received by GM. In addition, GM is entitled to withdraw from the contract and to demand payment of all outstanding, even not yet due or deferred invoice amounts in the event of default of payment by the customer after granting a reasonable grace period. In these cases, agreed price reductions are ineffective and GM is entitled to claim the full invoice amount without deductions.

6.3

From the mentioned possibilities of handling cases of default, no liabilities or liabilities can be accepted. GM’s obligations towards the customer, in particular obligations to pay damages, arise.
